Seaview Beach Apartment, located within the luxurious Thurlestone Rock Apartments, is perfectly situated on the edge of Thurlestone Sands Beach. From this prime location, the apartment boasts spectacular sea and beach views.

Accommodating up to six guests, the apartment offers an ideal choice for a seaside holiday. Inside, you’ll find a spacious layout featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a convenient utility room. The true highlight, however, is the vaulted open-plan lounge and dining area. With dual-aspect windows and doors, this space offers breathtaking vistas and direct access to two balconies that overlook the sea and beach.

Whatever the time of the year, the whole family can enjoy the changing weather & tides and the beautiful sea views.

In 2026 the apartment was been fully renovated.  It now features underfloor heating and wooden floors throughout the kitchen, bedrooms, hall and lounge.  The apartment has been freshly decorated throughout, has new lighting and new furniture. Each bedroom has new large luxury beds & bedding. The windows and doors have all been refurbished and upgraded to triple glazing which ensures the apartment is comfortable year round.

We still have a few finishing touches to make with some soft furnishings and pictures.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom features an extra long emperor bed (2m x 2.2m) (larger than superking!) with a high quality extra thick memory foam mattress to ensure a comfortable stay especially for tall people and opens on to a balcony, directly overlooking the sea and beach. This bedroom is also ensuite with a shower over the bath.

Second bedroom

The second bedroom has two extra long, extra wide singles (1m x 2.2m), with high quality extra thick memory foam mattresses to ensure a comfortable stay especially for tall people and has lovely seaviews.

Third bedroom

The third bedroom features an extra long, extra wide bunk bed (90cm x 2.2m) great for adults and children.

All the beds are longer than usual UK standard single, double or super king beds.  The longer and bigger beds are perfect for anyone who likes or needs a little more space to stretch out in bed.

There is also a main bathroom with bath and seperate shower.
