When you book with us, we ask you to complete a booking form and pay a 30% deposit to secure your dates. A booking confirmation is then issued. The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks prior to your stay.

You may have seen our apartment on other websites such as airbnb. These sites include the ability to book using your credit card and therefore are priced slightly higher to cover credit card charges and their site fees. It is entirely up to you whether you choose that service or come directly to us!

Christmas & New Year

The apartment is available for the following dates and rates, not as per the calendar above due to Friday changeover date falling on Christmas Day.  These dates are flexible at the moment so please send a message if interested.

18-22 December – 4 nights £1500
22-29 December – 7 nights £1796
30 December-6 January – 7 nights £1796

Supermarkets

Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Tesco deliver to the apartment.  There is an Asda Express 10 minutes away  in Malborough. Nearby there is a Tesco & Morrisons in Kingsbridge and a Spar & Co-op in Salcombe.

Village shops

Thurlestone Post Office and Stores sells a wide range of food and non-food items.

There is The Beach Shop, a convenience store in Hope Cove selling lots of things from ice creams to spades.

Nearby there is also Ashby’s of Salcome which has a food hall, butchery and cafe. They also sell an extensive range of products from DIY products to outdoor products from camping and caravanning, kayaking/canoeing, beach gear, surfing products, fishing, hiking, and so much more!
